• 5 - 8 minute technical warm-up with the ball
  • 3 - 5 minute static stretching
  • 30 - 45 minute progressive technical & tactical training with the ball; including coordination, agility, balance and speed training
  • 20 - 30 minutes of "conditioned" match play (games that teach!)
